I was disappointed that I did not receive the petite cookies, but getting an instant refund was relatively easy. It made my first time with Panera Bread not perfect. I enjoyed the bacon, scrambled egg and cheese Brioche. It is very light. I am a fan of cranberry orange muffins. Theirs is fresh as were the brioches.

The people there were very nice on the phone but we still didn't get half our order. Plus they charged $14.99 for a half sandwich and it's tasty, but REALLY small. Less than $3 worth of ingredients.

We love the strawberry salad but the portion size is small for the price. Same with the sandwiches. Delivery is fast and usually correct. Sometimes the drinks are missed. We would order from Panera more frequently if their prices were more reasonable. This from someone who orders using DoorDash almost everday

Kids $8 grilled cheese is the tiniest bread I've ever seen. Ridiculous for $8.
Soup is always good but for $10 there should be bread or crackers or something.

BBQ sandwich was great but way to small. $14 for a little sandwich is disappointing when in total I had to pay $22 for a small sandwich to be delivered, when I could have gotten a full meal elsewhere.
