My sandwich had two different pieces of bread, and only one small slice of avocado. it still tasted good, but pretty disappointing. The baguette I received with my Mac&Cheese was pathetic.

Bbq chicken sandwich was not good. Chicken had a very strange flavor and texture. Fuji Salad was ok but not great. Panera used to be amazing, now its hit or miss

Always make my sandwich wrong. Portions have gotten a lot smaller in the last couple years. And a $9 delivery fee is ridiculous.

I used to love Panera but the quality of the food has definitely gone down in recent years. The only thing I like is the Broccoli Cheddar Soup - anything else with protein like chicken on it is gross, fake chicken. So sad because it used to be good but no longer :(
