This was the absolute best sandwich I've had in a long time. I really appreciate it being made correctly with the modifications.

I received only a 1/4 cup of soup, which was cold and a sandwich with very little meat and a pile of red onions that tasted more like an onion sandwich. I was really displeased, considering the cost.

Mango Smoothie is a 4/10. A smoothie should be blended, not big ice chunks at the bottom of the drink
Blueberry Lavender Lemonade - Naturally Flavored is a 3/10. You can taste the blueberry lavender for sure but where is the lemonade?

Hardly any lettuce or other greens on the sandwich. No napkins in bag. Potato chips of a lessor brand and quality than at other Panera Bread locations.

Soup was great, bread a bit stale (albeit I ordered late), but the salad was very lacking. I ordered a half balsamic chicken greens with grains and got iceberg lettuce instead of mixed greens (extremely different in taste and nutrition), virtually no green goddess dressing, and a nearly rotten avocado (not brown due to oxidation -- the entire thing was brown, not just the surface). See photos for reference. Scraped off the avocado but not worth what I paid for.
