I had a salad and broccoli cheese soup, both were very good! The salad was fresh and I even had special requests that were followed correctly.

i usally love the mac an cheese here and their soup but today i got a sandwitch that advertized cheese but had no cheese and the egg was dry, i ordered a large mac n cheese and ut just looked like a cup of it and it was a but hard and dry aswell and the total was 36$... for 2 items

Salad so small did not even fill the container maybe 2 level cups of salad. The lettuce was not fresh and there was no chicken on the salad. There was only a teaspoon of dressing. The onion soup had barely and cheese and no croutons. Paid over $30 and So disappointing will not order there again.

I used to love Panera and had not had for a long time. I paid over $30 for a disappointing meal. The salad was so small, did not even fill the container, lettuce was not fresh, there was no chicken on it. There was such a small cup of dressing not even a teaspoon. The onion soup had small drop of cheese and no croutons. I will not be ordering from there again. So sad.

We ordered a few days ago and everything was awesome. Ordered again last night and the 14 dollar mac and cheese bowl was not even half way full. My sandwich was missing bacon and had just a couple pieces of chicken. They also forgot our chips. What a disappointment!
