Be sure to mark you want dressing with your Greek Salad. Even if description includes dressing will not come with meal. Also salad lettuce was very wilted, making for an overall unpleasant salad. Other positive stars are for other items and timely delivery of my order.

After my last submitted review of Panera Bread and a conversation with Vi, the manager - my faith has been restored. Home with the flu and a taste for soup, I was highly disappointed in the lack of soup I received for the amount paid. Vi was kind, understanding and quick to assure me that is not the norm. In addition, it didn't help when I called last night and the gentleman who answered the phone, took my phone number and then rudely hung up. I'm a firm believer in customer service and VI is a testament to this!
