I have never ordered anything from Penara that I was disappointed in. Great sandwich's, the Broccoli Cheddar soup is amazing and the bread...oh my...I could go on and on about their breads but the thing I love most, is at closing any extra bread loaves and picked up and taken to local food pantries to share with people who need it most. Two thumbs up.

Normally we have no complaints but today's food was not up to standard. The creamy tomato soup was very watered down, and our fontaga chicken had hardly any sauce. They must have ran out of the cups for soup so they used the slightly bigger one and filled it less than half. Panera is our go to for lunch at work so hopefully this was just a one time disappointment.

Everything seemed ok, but they just threw in my fork and unwrapped baguette in the bag, which was weird. The salad had some rotten pieces in it, and the meat on my sandwich was so hard it couldn't be chewed through, so that was disappointing. The lemonade was really good though.

Sandwich and Soup/Mac The asiago bagel sandwich was very lackluster. The tomatoes were placed on top of the sandwhich, making the burnt bread soggy. The mac was the only saving grace. Wouldnt order it again.

Pic showed chunks of potatoes which was NOT what I received. Sandwich was all bread very little chicken. Grandkids did not care for Mac n chz. Will never order from Panera again
