We ordered two sandwiches Turkey & Cheddar. One was tall with cheese and turkey. The other was much smaller (less turkey, stringy onion). The comparison between the two was shocking. We often get these sandwiches and 95% of the time are very pleased... not this one.

The Orange Scone is my absolute favorite. The potato soup with bread bowl is perfect for a chilly day. And the Cafe Blend Dark Roast Coffee has a very bold flavor.

This being Panera, you generally know what you are getting. Today I got a bruised old Banana as a side. Can see why anyone would think it was saleable. Will be requ a ref for that.

A bowl of soup was not included in my order. This is the second time this has happened with this facility. I called the store. The manager was rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. I will not order from them again.
