Both the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup were absolut perfect! Fresh, hot, and delicious. Good portion of bread with the baguettes. Love love love

I love Panera! But the last few orders seem to be more McDonald quality and not the amazing salads Panera is known for. Last week, my Broccoli Cheddar Soup was watery. I am happy to pay more for quality. But not willing to pay Panera prices for McDonalds quality

The quality of the order was terrible, comp shocked because other locations don't proved this kind of service, $30 later received my order and everything was portioned for a 4 y/o my soup came in a small cup instead of bread bowl the smoothie looked and tasted like mostly milk instead of strawberry and banana. To be this expensive I expected way better. Never again. Thankfully I provided photos to DoorDash and got a refund!

The order took a lot more time than originally quoted. The tomato soup had been filled with croutons and was a soggy mess when it arrived. The chicken noodle soup barely had any noodles or vegetables. Just mostly broth. This is not a typical Panera order!

The soups were both sparse of ingredients. Maybe three noodles in chicken noodle soup and just bits of chicken- not like picture whatsoever. French onion was broth and onions. Not ordering from here again.
