They didnt have the Asiago Bagel, but they did their best to replace it and also gave me a free cinnamon roll. Excellent service, as other places will just cancel your order completely. Good job Panera!

The past two times I've ordered from this Panera store, I requested broccoli cheddar soup but received broccoli cheddar macaroni and cheese. Plus I ordered no onions on my sandwich and got onions. I'd rather have the order take a couple minutes longer button sure I get the correct items.

My favorite broccoli potato cheese soup wasn't listed as a choice tonight so I ordered the potato soup. My first time trying it - i wasn't impressed. It's very thick & lacks flavor other than salty. It had a little smoky ham taste & one or two diced potatoes. Sad it wasn't better.
