The portion size was significantly smaller than expected and insufficient for four people as advertised; it was more suitable for two. While the food was undeniably delicious, the discrepancy between the stated serving size and the actual amount was disappointing.

I know this is a low rating, but when I pay $20 for a salad I expect to get dressing with it - there was none. One of the reasons I order that salad is I love the dressing. And I asked for the bagels to be split but not toasted, they were toasted.

I absolutely love Panera & usually they do everything nearly perfectly. Just kinda weird that this time nearly a quarter of the large coffee isn't there! Picture is how it came.
