3.5 Stars- food tasted good and fresh, just seemed sloppily put together. Super small baguette tear off of the main loaf, soup not filled all the way, sandwhich ingredients slopped together. Little effort in the construction of the product

Literally no chicken salad on half of both sandwich's. The yogurt parfait has maybe two tablespoons of yougurt. Total rip off! The salad had hardly any lettuce and hardly any of the other ingredients it was supposed to have. Total rip off!

First and foremost, Panera failed to label what drink is what. Second, the drinks tasted so bland, it was horrible. I am not happy with the service from Panera.

We ordered 2 bowls of soup . We were charged for a cup of soup and a bread bowl of soup
We received, not even a cup of soup and a large soup. No bread. $28 is a bit hefty for what we got
Yes that included tip and fees which made the whole experience undesirable
We will not be ordering again.
