Idk what was happening this day at this panera, but literally the muffin and other baked goods and bread was not wrapped just tossed in the bag . At least they halfway wrapped the sandwiches !

They were out of the soup I ordered, so they called and I specified I would like a refund for that portion of my order as I did not want a different soup They said they would get a manager to do this, but instead sent a different soup.
