It's rare that I order from one place twice in the same day, but Papa Corazon quesadillas is officially a legend in my book. For breakfast I had the all-american quesadilla and it was exceptionally fresh and everything in it was made with REAL food items - it tasted like it all was freshly prepared, no frozen hash browns, no liquid eggs from a milk jug, only real bacon that was fried up fresh, and the tortilla chips were handmade, also very fresh and very tasty with a good crunch. At lunch I attempted to capture lightning in a bottle twice in one day and Papa Corazon did exactly that with the steak fajita quesadilla. I've used the word fresh four times in this review so I'll stop there, but I am hopeful that whosoever reads this will get the gist. Papa Corazon will not disappoint!

Food was really good. Also I didn't even realize I was getting chips and salsa, too. everything traveled well. I wish they'd sent some napkins and the salsa Verde that I'd selected. That would've been nice. I'll definitely order again next time I'm in town.

Ordered sprite but got coke. No napkins. No silverware. Loaded tots were delicious. Tacos were ok. Strawberries & cream were good
