They were running a bogo, so I ordered 2 small "the works" pizzas & we were so disappointed! Usually, we are huge fans of Papa John's but I mean this was by all accounts my worst experience with them. The pizza that I requested be well done was slimy, the toppings looking like they were weeks old & just placed on top of the pizza after it was "cooked". They ran out of small boxes so they gave me a lg instead but the way it was cut, you'd think I specified that I was feeding toddlers. This definitely wasn't meant to be a 12 slice. I WON'T be ordering from here EVER again! 🤦🏿

I ordered The Works Pizza and added ground beef t my surprise I did not see any ground beef or ham. Because I paid extra for the ground beef I called to make a complaint and was told the more items you add the less you receive of the other items which makes no sense to me seeing as though I paid full price for the extra item. Also the size of The Works Pizza 12 inch looked more like a 10inch has definitely changed my opinion of PapaJohns resulting in my decision to take my future business elsewhere.

Only received 6 wings I ordered 8 also food was opened and not sealed both the wings and the bread didn't get the correct amout
