Has zero crust. Never seen a pizza with zero crust also ordered well done and its hardly even cooked

I ordered an Xtra Large NY style pizza and got a regular large pizza. Kind of disappointing, I understand mistakes happen but I'd prefer to not pay for something that I don't get. Might be wise to have the pizza clerks slow down and read the orders.

The Jalapeño Papa Bites were very good, and all sauces and Special Seasonings were included as requested. The Create Your Own Pizza was cooked too much for my liking, compared to the usual I get from Papa John's.
