THE BEST Daddy J's pizza I've tasted since I've come to Tucson in 2023. This specific location, I believe on Swan, followed instructions exactly as requested. First time I've ordered from this store and it truly restored my faith in Papa John's. Great Job to whoever was on shift on 16Feb25 @5:05pm, outstanding service. Thank you!

I usually get Papa John's off door dash for the value. As a single parent who works all day it can be hard to find the motivation to cook after a long day. I just wish I could rely on getting well prepared food consistently for here. This location seems like a hit poor miss. Tonight was a clear miss. Dry sauceless Pepperoni Pizza. It really shouldn't be this dry, considering I ordered extra sauce. I know to order extra sauce or else it usually looks dry like this. Barely any cheese. Just big dry pockets of dough. I am thinking they sent free cheese and crushed red peppers because they realized how badly it was made. Special Seasonings was there so one star for that I guess.

Haven't eaten Papa John's in over a decade. I'm usually low on funds and they had a great %50 off special. I can't afford to waste money. This was probably the worst pizza I've had. The cheese is weird. It's like congealed cheese product and the texture was unpleasant and unsatisfying. I ordered the pepperoni pizza which advertised pepperoni in almost every bite and I ADDED the crispy cup pepperoni. So it should have had EXTRA pepperoni. It didn't have much. They put the regular pepperoni around the perimeter and then sprinkled a little of the other in the center. A couple pieces were mostly gross cheese. I ordered an XL too. At other restaurants this would have been a regular sized pizza. I also got a salad and the tomatoes weren't good at all and extremely mushy. I don't know what happened to their quality but it really went downhill. Frankly, little Caesars would have been better. Feel ripped off. I actually used to do quality reviews for them. Wouldn't have passed.

The Pepperoni, Sausage & Six Cheese Pizza was very disappointing in that it barely had any pepperoni and sausage on it, and I doubt if it had six cheese on it.
The Cinnamon Pull Aparts was missing the icing and they were burnt.
This was my first time ordering and probably my last, for the money I spent!

The Cinnamon Pull Aparts came burnt and without icing. I insisted on full credit for this, which I received.
The Pepperoni, Sausage and 6 Cheese Pizza was awful. First, there were barely any pepperoni and sausage on it, and I doubt it had 6 cheese blend.
The Cheese Pizza was awful as well, barely any cheese.
This was my first time ordering and probably my last.
For the money I spent, I could have bought several frozen pizzas that would have tasted better than these.
