So happy to have Papa John’s here in Mount Vernon. 1st time trying a papadia, I ordered the Grilled Buffalo Chicken Papadia and it was great. They did forget the side of bbq sauce. Other than that still was great order.

the pizza was doughy I tried calling the store to try and resolve the issue and directed me to door dash but door dash doesn't make the pizza papa johns does very disappointed wouldn't recommend them dominos is was better and they don't direct u to door dash they fix the order

This is the first time I have ever had a Papa Johns pizza and probably the last. I did not understand why it costs extra to get the standard crust so I ordered the gluten free, which was OK, but not very pizza-like. The toppings were not evenly distributed over the whole pizza, but were concentrated on only one half, if that. I had to make a required sauce selection, but there was only one choice and no opportunity to bypass that category. I ask: If there is no choice whatsoever, why even have the category? And finally, I selected mushrooms (which was listed on the box tag) but if there were any on my pizza, I wasn't aware of it. My pizza arrived with a pepperoncini that I'm pretty sure I didn't ask for. It would be nice to be able to see what Papa Johns considers to be the standard Philly Cheesesteak Pizza to contain - from the crust up. What sauce and cheese do they normally put on it? I couldn't tell if my selections were negating a standard ingredient which I probably would have preferred. If I made no selections would there have been anything on my pizza? In many ways I felt like I was building my own pizza as opposed to adding to or subtracting from what the pizza normally comes with .
