I ordered a heart pizza and it came COLD and UNCUT. They packaged it cold too and I know this because the garlic butter that came with my garlic knots that were delicious and hot, was melted, and the garlic butter that came with my pizza was still cold and not melted at all. I'm really disappointed that I had to cut up and REHEAT a pizza that I paid full price for.

XLarge pizza was barely cooked. Top half was still dough. Usually get higher quality from Papa John's but this was inedible.
