This was the biggest cluster!!!! Really appreciate the dasher who waited and helped figure things out and Papa Johns for actually remaking my food when they disnt have too. However, I paid for a 70$ order, it hasnt been excepted after an hour and a half so I sent my son after it. They wouldnt let him have it because someone had finally accepted it. The order was clearly sitting on the counter so he left to come back home so the dasher could bring it. I then get a message the dasher released the order to someone else. Then the dasher that arrived to pick it up was told someone already got the order. This was now 2 hours from placing the order. My food had disappeared. My kids still didnt have food.
