I've never had an issue ordering from here. The pizza and Cheese Sticks are my favorite. Food is always hot and fresh when it gets to my front door.

My pepperoni pizza arrived with no pepperoni. I called the store and the general manager said since it was ordered through a 3rd party, there's nothing they can do about it and kept arguing that. I asked for his name but he said he wouldn't give me his name just so I can bad mouth him. I asked another store location who the gm is for the 48th St location and it's Jeremy. I'd order from a different location.

Really sparse toppings on The Works Pizza and most of it slid off when lifting up a slice. This order was a disappointment.
