Fo some reason, one side of the pizza had crust that was thin and the other side was normal. I think the dough didn't rise all the way so it made one side taste nasty to the point where I had to throw almost half the pizza away.

Pizza took almost an hour to be ready. I called and apparently they only had 2 people on staff... on a Saturday night....

Service has always been great except for today. They didn't include the Pepsi that was ordered. This was a gift to a family member and it wasn't good that it was incomplete.
