Order two papa bowls. This is how they came. Over $30 dollars just for these two dishes. When the food comes correctly, it's delicious, but we have had constant problems with orders. This order was also overcooked, even though i specifically requested normal bake. Too expensive to come with such poor quality..

I'm not sure if I ordered incorrectly but the pizzas I received looked like personal sized pizzas. this may not be the fault of Papa John's but I was quite shocked to see how small the pizzas I ordered $75 looked like I ordered $30 worth instead.

Replacing one of our gluten free crust pizzas with a gluten crust without asking is not an acceptable substitution. The staff otherwise had no interest in making the situation right. A simple call before making the pizzas would have gone a long way to make sure our family member with a gluten sensitivity could have a meal. Instead they just guessed and guessed wrong.
