Its cheaper to order on the Papa Johns app or website, plus you earn credits for free food. I have Dash Pass and it costs more through Door Dash.

The pizza dough was as thin as slice of cheese and kept getting stuck to the box and there was no dough those just cheese and sauce. I would not order this again.

Just placed my order for an XL New Yorker beef/with mushroom, added 2 extra garlic butter sauces. After waiting more than 30 mins for my pizza, I receive a pizza thats not even Hot, barely has cheese on it, I'm short 1 garlic butter sauce and ended up paying more than I was told the pizza would cost. Im not sure why I was told my pizza wasnt ready after 20 mins when it was clearly sitting getting cold. I'd like a refund. My order was-placed at 5:24P today .... I left Papa Johns at 6P

The pizza was not cooked all the way when Itried tonpickit the pie toppings just fell off because the crust was so soft and soggy
