the good was great. the prices too high throughout this app. the store has better deals if you order through them.

Unfortunately I couldn't get delivery from another location because JTown Papa John's is absolutely disgusting. The last order they didn't even have sauce and I had to spend 45min on the phone getting my $30 back, but I decided to give it another shot. This one was cold, they overcooked the crust so it was like chewing on cardboard, hardly any sauce, the bubbles were even bigger once popped. But it wasn't cold like "you got it delivered in winter" cold, I mean it was overcooked and then left sitting on the counter. This location is low quality with poor management, it's not worth it. Go to Domino's, better pizza, better ingredients, better prices. I paid $28 after the fees and extras costs for delivery, if it wasn't a gift card I'd be a Karen about it. Ridiculously disappointing, don't waste your time

The pizza was cold and old. it was not fresh. I used to work there, I know the difference. Crust was hard cheese was yellow. it was also cut crazy small pieces,and huge pieces 🙄

Ordered pizza well done and they must have cooked this thing on the sun because it is burnt. Also ordered it with Roma tomatoes and I found exactly one piece of tomato on a 14". Maybe the rest melted in the sun oven idk.

The pizza dough was very thin even though I didn't order thin crust. I couldn't even see the dough with the toppings covering it.
