The crust was too hard and crispy, to tomato base did not taste like it was heated and the pizza was almost totally cold on delivery , this is the second time this is happening

One of the worst pizzas I've ever gotten from Papa John's in my life. This store's night shift is awful at making pizzas.

The store itself was slowwwwwww. Several people waiting long times for their orders. Very disorganized with customer assistance. The pizza was pretty good tho after I finally got it after an hour and 15 minute wait.
