I had never ordered from Papa John's before. I am a foodie. I was pleasantly surprised, given the negative reviews. I found the stuffed crust pizza to be exceptional. I ordered sausage, mushrooms, and black olives for the toppings. The toppings were plentiful, and they achieved a great balance. The crust maintained its integrity. I was concerned that the cheese stuffed in the crust might become greasy. Much to my delight, the crust was tender and filled with melted cheese, no grease. I have been to Lombaddi's in NY, so my bar is set high. I believe that the crust of a pizza is the most important part of the pizza. Papa John's pizza crust is exceptional. The sausage was tender and moist. I am now a Papa John's customer for life.

Disappointed. I ordered a Large Pepperoni Pizza w/olives.
The amount of Pepperoni was very sparse, only 1 or 2 per slice. The olives were hard to find as well. I have received better in the past.

Last time(couple months ago)I ordered Shaq-a-Roni Pizza there was little pepperoni which let me disappointed.Today the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza has a good amount of pepperoni and I'm happy. (now the Honey Chipotle Wings,the sauce is good but the wings wish it has more meat)

By far the worst pizza my wife and I have had in a while. We ordered The Works Pizza and the Pepperoni Pizza, both in the 12 inch size, and also the Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks. On the Pepperoni Pizza, there was probably like a total of 7-9 pieces of pepperoni. Some slices were just cheese only. I wish we took a picture. The Works Pizza tasted old and not fresh at all. The cheese on both pizzas was very stale. Also, my wife asked for the white sauce for her pizza and they gave her standard pizza sauce. So not only do they make bad pizzas but they cant follow correct orders. NEVER getting pizza from here again. Biggest waste of our $60 for two medium pizzas. PLUS, my wife got the gluten free bread but it was much smaller than my standard medium pizza. Pretty sure the gluten free in this case comes in only one size but they upsold us on the size selection.
