For a sixty $ steak I've never had such a disappointing meal. it was gristly, hard to cut, underdone, and had this broth poured over it that wasn't very appetizing. baked potatoes was stingy on sour cream, no chives, little cheese...I could have done better myself on everything!Aged Beef Ribeye*

Very disappointed in this order. Fries were not cooked well. The Fried Shrimp was not crispy as usual and neither was the Garlic Bread . The lemon slice looked like it was an afterthought.
We have always enjoyed this meal, feels like somebody there was in a rush. Spent over $90 on the meal, we do expect a completely cooked meal.

The gumbo was very watery, I've been to other restaurants you have across the country and this wasnt very good! I was looking forward to it since this is my favorite restaurant in the world being that it's family owned and I support the brand you've created. I was very disappointed. I've loved your restaurants since I was a child and have driven several hours just to get a taste of the food you serve, I really hope this can help in future servicing of patrons that truly love and appreciate your cuisine.
