Finally a Bahn Mi place that does it right! Generous portions of meat, fresh, well pickled carrots and radish (have not seen radish anywhere else in Boise, and the pickled veggies are usually cut too large and not pickled well) The cilantro, cucumber and jalapenos were perfect! I ordered a side of pickled vegetables because usually places we've ordered from don't give you enough... But Paris Bahn Mi added plenty. I didn't need the exercise of what they call sour veggies, But i'm still glad I got them. We also enjoyed the Pho. There is nothing negative to say about this place. We will be ordering again.

PN2. PHO RARE STEAK | PHỞ TÁI was amazing! Ive been sick for a few days and this just hit the spot. Everything was packaged well and they even included a pho spoon which I thought was a nice touch. We Will definitely be making this a new regular spot. Thank you!

We tried the grilled pork bahn mi, which was just okay and not particularly flavorful. The strawberry milk slush and ube cheesecake were good. But let me tell you, the burger dac biet was horrible. I love pâté, but i think the pâté on this sandwich was responsible for the overwhelmingly offensive fishy flavor of this sandwich. The texture of the meat was very unpleasant; rubbery and reminiscent of child's plastic play food. We each tried one bite and threw it out. Overall, expensive for what and extremely underwhelming. Much better bahn mi to be found in town. Stick to the drinks and baked goods.
