I usually get bourbon-glazed salmon but tried something different today. I'm so glad I did! I got the hushpuppy-breaded fish basket with slaw & dipper fries. The slaw was not cold but not surprising given the heat & it was still tasty as theirs always is. I've ordered from Parky's many times but never had the dipper fries. They're so delicious! They did get a little soft & chewy but it's because they got cold because I took my time savoring it all, especially THE FISH. oh.my.word. It's pangasius, an Asian catfish (had to look it up). I expected the breading, as with most fried fish, to be hard/crunchy and not too flavorful. I was WRONG, most pleasantly so! The hushpuppy breading was delicious and that fish just melted in my mouth! Yet it didn't flake or fall apart. As much as I wanted to keep eating, I'm full & am gonna devour the rest later. Oh, a reviewer on DoorDash app mentioned their lemonade, so I got some with strawberry. Soooo good! Shout-out to Parky's and to my Dasher Scott for jobs well done!

Ordered half rack of baby back ribs and loaded baked potatoes. Received 5 ribs from the small end of the rack. The potatoes came with absolutely nothing on them...nor even on the side! Just plain potatoes split in the middle. Very disappointing. And I normally am very happy with Parky's. Bummed!

This is definitely the place to eat from. I had the blacked Flame-Grilled Salmon with the ribs and grilled shrimp. It was def worth every penny and the wait wasn't too long at all. Everything was well prepared. Will def order from here again.

ribs were extremely small and tough. beans were chewy. and the sweet potato Sweet Potato Casserole was very bland and distasteful.

We didn't get the correct sides & even then, 2 of the 4 were only filled up halfway. My Oink & Onion was very fatty & super tough. The Baby Back Ribs, Full were delicious & we are never disappointed by the Dippers & Beer Cheese. I also tried the apple BBQ sauce for the first time & it was incredible. No napkins or Complimentary Plasticware were included.
