I just tried Pedro's Taco & Tequila bar for the first time so I went with The Taco Salad & it did NOT disappoint. I love it. The shell was so flacky the chicken was seasoned just right. The guacamole was perfect I'll definitely be eating here again.

the grilled chicken Quesadilla Plate has been sub par the last few times. The chicken has been dry and little to no cheese. They plate it with the beans and rice, so when it's delivered the quesadilla is soggy and mushy from sitting in the beans.

The taste is great it is also well portioned the consistency of how the steak is cooked could be better sometimes it feels over cooked and other times it almost feels like a different cut of steak but over all good and will buy again
