I usually make my own matcha at home but I like to try how other places make it to improve my own recipe, and Pete's Iced Brown Sugar Matcha Oat Latte with Jelly was absolutely divine! It tasted so good I had to double check what I ordered so I could remember it. Next time I don't think I'll get the jelly so it's a more like a morning "coffee." The Bacon Cheddar Brioche was also very good, mildly sweet and salty.

Really great Brown Sugar Cold Brew Oat Latte! Added 2 shots of espresso and it was still smooth & sweet (but not too sweet!) I have ordered their Crispy Ham & Swiss sandwich multiple times now; it's always been consistent & delicious!

Dont bother withthe $6 Bacon, Spinach & Swiss Frittata. Its smaller than half a muffin. What a total waste of money. The Bacon Cheddar Brioche was good and so was the Chocolate Croissant but Iwomt be ordering from here again.

The packaging of the latte was great! No other coffee shop I've ordered from made sure my drink was secure during transportation and sealed making me feel it can't be tampered with. The drink was okay. I don't believe I got the whipped cream and caramel sauce I asked and paid for. I know whipped cream can melt during travel, but there always reminisce of it, such as some left on top on the inside of the lid. No whipped cream or caramel there. But overall, I would orfder again.

Cannot go wrong with a Crispy Ham and Swiss and a Lovely, velvety-smooth Iced, Dark Chocolate Mocha... They made everything better after having a crummy morning!
