The Iced Caramel Macchiato was perfect. A rich balance of creamy, bold, and sweet. Plus when I said lite ice, they heard me loud and clear. The Blueberry Crumble Muffin was fresh and still slightly warm, even though it took a while to get to me. This location hit on all areas and made my morning!

Horchata Cold Brew Oat Latte is just delicious. Delicious, smooth, cold brew. Just the right amount of cinnamon. Would recommend.
Coconut Black Tie is DIVINE. Perfect amount of coconut and sweetness. Will get again.

Have loved Peets since the first store - quality is consistently great. Ordering from Peets store is higher quality than at the grocery store in my opinion.

The matte latte tasted like water. I made sure to include light ice. They followed instructions, but the matte itself was not potent at all.

I always say extra oat milk and they never do. Americano tasted weird today but White Chocolate Mocha was great
