Terrible! The Organic Earl Grey Tea Pouches (15 CT) was missing, the Organic Earl Grey Tea Pouch was the wrong item, and the Oatmeal was overdone and half inedible. I've never had a worse, unsatisfactory experience using Door Dash.

I ordered a roast Roasd Turkey Parmesan Ciabattaey instead I got the grilled ham n Swisscrispy sandwich that was nothing crispy about the sandwich the brioche bread was dry soggy and the ham was COLD and there was nothing melting because there was barely any cheese!!! And yet the edges of the brioche bread was grossly soggy just from the steam of being in a closed bag! Then I ordered a large coffee and there was an option if you want sugar? I ask for 3 because I bought a large coffee thinking they were packets of sugar they were not specific enough to make me guess that they were adding these sugars directly into your coffee? I was wrong they do just that add the sugar directly into your coffee and made my coffee super sweet for my taste! What a dissapountmentfor me!
