I wish the Golden Chai Latte was on the menu year round! Even my friend from India likes the Golden Chai Latte from Peet's.

Half the time, drinks arrive spilling out of the bottom of the bag. (And hopefully you don't need a straw for your drink, because they rarely include them.) Almost destroyed my $300 audiophile gaming headphones I set the bag on the table next to for 2 minutes before I noticed today (they still work but coffee is totally soaked into the fabric ear cups now). Apparently the chicken & waffles sandwich now comes in the form of a blueberry muffin (expect random breakfast items to come instead of what you actually ordered). I've had to get refunds for Peet's orders more times than I can count. Giving up on ordering from Peet's on DD, so not worth the frustration anymore. It's a literal gamble every time. Panera is the way to go from now on, way better selection & quality of breakfast food anyways.
