the young lady at Peet's coffee gave me extra cream and a separate cup because I told her I use a lot of cream she wanted to make sure I was covered. excellent customer service

The choc chip chip cookie had almost NO chocolate chips in it at all! Not like usual. Very disappointing. I love the chocolate. That's the whole point.

All of the staff is so kind and personable. Def my favorite Peets. Very much a neighborhood coffee shop where the employees remember the customers and their names making it feel like home.
