I love this Peet's I experience great service even when I have to gently call out some error in the order. They are on it. I tend to order my favorites OMG the gingerbread cake whew to die for..and I love the oatmeal just the right amount and the almonds, blueberries and brown sugar keep me honest no over doing and it works I am satisfied and contented.Coffee and Teas make me smile .I admit I am a long time Peet's fan from my days in Berkeley. When it was a budding novelty. Thank you Peets o n Lakeshore in Oakland...hugs to one and all.

I would like to say words of encouragement to the baristas at Peets Lakeshore store. Pretty much every early morning or late morning, I order my Frappe's.

Ordered food at 10 came 45 mins later in spite of the fact that doordash stated it would arrive within 15 to 20 mins. Coffe cup had spilled coffee on top and the Bacon, Spinach & Swiss Frittata was cold and rubbery! Awful service!

Dark Chocolate Mocha no taste plain ( no sweet at all) dry Havana Cappuccino I asking for dry not regular.... very disappointed to the person make the drinks. Thumb Down!
