By far the best Chinese in Hickory. Absolutely love the noodles and the firecracker chicken. Everything is always fresh and well seasoned. The chicken is crunchy and flavorful. I love the staff and their kindness speaks volumes. Love love love this place! Highly recommend Pei Wei!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from here. The first time, I asked for a small cup of brown sauce. They didn't send it. This time when I placed the order, I tried to call them to tell them to add a small cup of brown sauce (because that is what this app says to do). I called twice and no one answered the phone. I texted my dasher and asked her to ask for one and she said she would try (which I appreciated that!) but they still didn't send it. I ordered the Cheese Rangoon and thought the app said 4 but only received 3. They were greasy and SUPER tough! The cheese had no flavor. The Egg Roll was mushy inside and not crispy on the outside. The Bourbon Chicken and Mongolian Beef were delicious! The Asian Noodles had no flavor. Disappointed especially because this is a spin-off of PF Changs (which NEVER disappoints!).

this place is hit or miss. this time a miss. the orange chicken has almost no chicken. it is made up mainly of breading. seriously you think you're biting chicken, nope just a chunk of breading. the veggies arrive old and discolored.

Shrimp wasnt very good. Beef wasnt very good. Bourbon chicken is good, some chewy pieces . Orange chicken is very good. Egg rolls and rangoons are great. Noodles are kind of soggy, not the best flavor. For mall food, 4 stars. Anywhere else id give 3.
