I don't know what kind of meat but it wasn't chicken. The sauce tasted funny and the "chicken " had a very slimy uncooked texture. I will never eat Pei Wei again.

Only complaint was the Orange Chicken contained very little chicken. The fried rice was full of bell peppers which I hate and wasn't listed so that I could have taken it off. Everything else was wonderful and fresh!
