This was my first time eating here, I got Cheesesteak sub and fries. First let me say I'm a real picky eater and dont care much for meats, I can live with or without it. But let me tell you that sub was the (Bomb), it was absolutely delicious, I'm hooked it's the best sub I've ever ate.

Quality sure has dropped. Got a large Italian classic. 2 tomatoes and a few silvers of lettuce, bread was too raw tasting. So greasy. For 16 bucks a sandwich, disappointing. Last time I order here.

Specifically asked for NO cheese on the grilled Italian. Unfortunately, it was added and melted. They obviously read some instructions because they did not put onions on it. Cheesesteak was good and as expected. Fries were cold. Perhaps a different packaging for Door Dash orders? A lid? No napkins provided.

If I could attach a picture of the fries I would. The main reason we chose Penn Station was for the fries and they were so burnt they were literally dark brown too black, hard, and crunchy. NOT acceptable for what you pay.
