I wish they included vinegar for the fries, which they usually do. Other than that food was good.

Food was ok. Fresh-Cut Fries weren't fresh . Usually much better.

Our fries were cold. The sandwiches were warm and good. Usually the fries are warm when we get a Penn station order.

Both sandwiches were really good. But when you get your order you expect the bag to be greasy with freshly cooked fries. Ours large Fresh-Cut Fries were not great or fresh, very disappointing.
