I've been going to the specific penn station for most of my life. I have never had any problems. Always good service, very good proportions food and plus taste amazing. If anything, be confident that you're getting what compared for.

The food is always good. I would like to receive ketchup and vinegar when I order fries though. The store has the special requests turned off so unable to request it.

Food is always good. Previous time I doordashed here I called after to ask for packs of vinegar to be in the bag. The lady who answered was rude and said they always put those in the bag. This time I ordered and shocker... no packs. Either have the option to add on DoorDash order or don't have an attitude when I call to request something so simple.
