Snack size was great! Gave me a chance to try different combinations! I also customized each sandwich and they were prepared exactly as I requested! Good job!

We are really disappointed with our order. We really like Penn Station. We were disappointed with our sandwiches. The Rueben had chunks of meat and the meat had a lot of gristle on it. It was not sliced thin and hardly any dressing on the sandwiches.

First, the bread was undercooked, the mushrooms were to large, and I ordered extra steak - barely any found.
The cookie was large but gooey.

Cheesesteak did not taste good at all. The steak looked like it was minced and there was very little of it.
