I'm also impressed with their attention to details making sure the order arrives as intended: received a pic of the orders pack before left the store ; arrived earlier than promised; really hot and flavorful; each sandwich labeled so there's no opening wrong one... 5/5!!!!!!

The Ruben was very greasy and the meat tasted old. The Chicken Parmesan had too much sauce on it therefore making the bread soggy

the size of the salad was disappointing and missing ingredients. the "large" sandwich didn't come with the extra ingredients. it was half the size expected
