Ham & Swiss was supposed to be a cold sub, and it was hot and no flavor. Fresh-Cut Fries was amazing.

Just paid $20 for the driest/most bite sized "regular" sub I've ever had. I love Penn, but I 100% will discontinue ordering from this location

The Ham sandwich I ordered had one tiny sliver of ham. The rest was all lettuce and tomatoes. Also you barely even taste a hint of Mayo. It was so dry. I would not recommend this restaurant. Subway makes a better sandwich that cost less. Don't waste your money.

They kept pushing back the time for my order, waited over an hour and 20 minutes for 5 sandwhiches and 2 orders if fries. When they finally finished it and sent it on its way one of one of the sandwiches barely had any chicken on it. My most disappointing experience with this restaurant for sure.
