Where's the beef? The dish was tasty, but approximately 97% noodles, 2% mushrooms & 1% very skinny, small, & thin slices of beef. It wasn't"beef" stroganoff but beef flavored noodles with some mushrooms and a random, periodic "surprise" find of tiny pieces of beef.

The salmon was almost perfectly cooked and the teriyaki glaze was quite tasty. It paired very well with the rice pilaf.
