Horrible. Meat was hard as a rock!! Dumplings also hard as a rock/burnt only on one side. Rice had a funny taste, like dirty water. Changs has completely gone downhill.

Beef in the combo fried rice was very overcooked, the pad tai noodles were very short, like 2", and gummy telling me they were also iver . Lettuce cups were amazing!

Everything is as fantastic. When the food gets to you warm it is some of the best Mongolian Beef and Handmade Pork Dumplings | 6 Count in the city. Use the tri sauce or make it yourself at home. Chili sauce, Dijon or hot mustard and dumpling sauce. Best take out ive had in years.
