We are so disappointed because we love eating here but carry out keeps getting worse. This time the Kids Sweet & Sour Chicken was so horribly cooked that it makes my middle school's popcorn chicken circa 2000 look like a 5 star meal....

Very disappointed. We are huge fans of P.F. Chang's, but the food we received Friday was subpar at best. The chicken was chewy and there was hardly any sauce, the rice sticks were inedible. The Mongolian beef was bland, and the rice for both dishes was way undercooked.

I ordered chicken lettuce wraps and they were delicious; of course, because PF Chang's is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. Only one disappointing thing is that I ordered, and paid for, some extra of the crispy rice, but did not receive it in the delivery.
