pad thai was delicious but Chang's spicy chicken was gummy and not as flavorful as I remembered. the dumplings were ok but they're want enough sauce/chili oil/hit mustard to fix a Dipping sauce

After ordering a sushi roll and fried rice and spicy chicken. My order arrived perfectly fine. The dasher did nothing wrong, but the rice for the sushi roll and the side of rice with the chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. Everything else was great
