Freshest ingredients, excellent homemade crust, and baked to perfection. This restaurant's food consistently has incredible meals. Can't go wrong with any order, but the pizzas are 10/10.

I have lived in Hershey for 3 years and enjoyed this restaurant in the past. I've told many people to patron here as well as Fennicis (they are the same owner). But today, when I went in to pick up the door dash order about 1 hour after I placed the order, there was no one eating in the restaurant and there were two people working. When I watched the young lady print the ticket, I said "so my order isn't started on? I placed it an hour ago", she said they had been so busy deep cleaning that they didn't even see the ticket, but she began working on it right away. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty, I should have cancelled my order right then, but I already paid through door dash. The cheesesteak meat was incredibly dry, my sons pizza was average, but I ordered a medium rare burger and was honestly scared to eat it given the state of the restaurant, not sure how well they are handling their ground beef. So all in all a waste of money. It made me realize that my last few trips there have been so so, and it's time to stop taking the gamble. My family and I will no longer eat here.

skimpy sandwich to begin with . barely any meat or sauce and they forgot the coleslaw. that is what makes a rachel sandwich. Disappointing.
