We ordered a large pretzel box and every pretzel was hard as a rock. We couldnt eat them and had to throw them away. I understand it was the end of the day but if the food was not edible the order should not have been fulfilled. Order was at least accurate so I will say 2 stars.

5 Pretzels (5) were burnt and very hard. Very disappointing
